It's nice to see I'm not the only one.<br /><br />As for running, YMMV but I find that if I run 2-3 times per week, I really don't improve much, I just maintain. For me to improve, I really need to run 4-5 times per week.<br /><br />I didn't do an Oly until after I did a HIM and found it to be a nice distance.
